Archipelago Number 5 is a concaved, jagged-edged, abrasive-to-touch dark mauve sculpture made from cloth-backed aluminum oxide. In this image, the sculpture lies on concrete ground spanning 18" x 24". This sculpture is the fifth in a series of nine sculptures that document repair requests made within an institution to accommodate participation.
