The sculpture “Display System” is made of a deformed cross-pipe from a vehicle exhaust system, two clamps and lens polarizers. The cross pipe is articulated at three points, most prominently bent at a forty five degree angle creating a zed shaped base and standing upright at 18 inches. A steel base clamp with ketchup and mustard colored tape clamps at the head of the pipe. Suspending from the clamp’s flat metal bar and sandwiched by a smaller c-clamp hangs three 12”x 10” lens polarizers, as the entire work rests it’s balance on the c-clamp’s pin pressed against the wall.
